Corriente Shield is a browser-based security extension that monitors cryptocurrency exchange and wallet sites for threats including clipboard hijacking, phishing, and malicious script injection. Shield generates quantum-safe encryption keys using post-quantum cryptographic algorithms (ML-KEM-768, ML-DSA-65) and quantum key distribution simulation (BB84).
Shield monitors and alerts. It does not encrypt your actual cryptocurrency transactions on-chain. Shield protects your browser environment — the space between you and the exchange — not the blockchain itself. Your on-chain transactions are governed by the security of the blockchain protocol and your wallet provider.
While Shield significantly reduces your exposure to common crypto theft vectors, no security tool can guarantee 100% protection. You remain responsible for your own security practices including: safeguarding private keys, using hardware wallets for large holdings, verifying addresses before sending, and maintaining strong passwords.
New users receive a 14-day free trial with full functionality. After 14 days, a $10/month subscription (payable in SOL, BTC, or ETH) is required to maintain full protection. Core clipboard hijack protection remains active for all users.
Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency only (SOL, BTC, ETH). All payments are final. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Shield after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the extension.
